Photo Story: Filling One Field with an Abundance of Faith

By: Brennan Crain

A national event, compromised of fellowship, worship, and reinstatement of hope, love and faith, called Fields of Faith came to Barren County this past Wednesday night.
Students from Glasgow, Barren, Metcalfe, and Warren counties gathered at Jackie Browning Park to worship and share their testimonies about their Christian faith. Two students who attended share their recount of the event. BCHS junior Chasey Jessie admits, “I felt loved and important to be included in a group that gathers together to worship our Lord.”
BCHS junior Breanna Childress also shares how she felt at Fields of Faith, “Fields of Faith unifies all of the people apart of the gospel and who wants to be. This unifying event brings hope to the community through showing others how loved they are, not only by God but by each other.”
